Many people across science, media, and the public agree that we need to fill the gap between peer review and popular media. We need a single place where everyone can go to track researchers’ findings and outreach efforts, and engage in dialogue around new work. That much isn’t controversial. The question is: how do we do it well?
The People’s Science is the result of many iterations of forum and science communication platforms. We think we’re on the right track, but we also know there’s a lot of work still to be done.
Help us get this right.
Over the next few months, we’ll also be hosting open focus groups where users can provide live feedback on their vision and experience. Sign up for notifications here.
In the meantime, if you run into a glitch in the site or have an idea to make it better, please let us know.
Note: we’re a volunteer run non-profit actively considering funding opportunities to continue to refine the set and develop additional features. Have an idea for a sponsor or partner? Put us in touch.
